Crystal DeMarco, PTA

Crystal grew up in Keno, Oregon. She moved to Redding and graduated from Enterprise High School. Crystal started a family while working in elderly care and also as a NASM certified personal trainer. In addition, she did bookkeeping for the landscaping business she owned with her children’s father. Crystal wanted to make a bigger difference in the world and to start a career using her elderly caregiving and personal training skills. This led her to join the first cohort of the PTA program at Shasta College. During Crystal’s time in the PTA program, she completed outpatient, skilled nursing, and aquatic therapy clinical rotations. Her primary focus and goal with her patients is to enhance longevity and quality of life through improvement of body mechanics and functional abilities while decreasing pain. In her spare time, she enjoys shooting, off roading, kayaking, singing, painting and, most of all, quality time with her 3 kids.

Samantha, Receptionist

Samantha is responsible for the front office duties at Mountain Valley Physical Therapy including patient scheduling and insurance and is more than happy to answer any questions you might have. She enjoys welcoming new patients and helping out where she can around the clinic. When she is not working, Samantha loves being outside with her two boys, camping and spending as much time as possible in the water fishing, swimming and tubing.
